How to Login to Mobile App

Prerequisites

• Mobile functionality is enabled for your application - if this is not enabled, please speak to your system administrator or CGR Support.

• You will need a mobile device to download the CGRF Mobile App

Step by Step Guide - How to Login to the Mobile App

1. Download the [CGRF Mobile] App – this can be obtained from the google play store or the apple app store depending on your device.
            

2. Login to the web application
   
   
3. Select your name in the top right > Select  option for [CGRF Mobile App Log In]
   
   
   
   
4. You will be presented with a QR Code - you'll need this to scan shortly and enter a code into the area highlighted in red.
   
   
   
   
5. Open up the CGRF Mobile App on your phone > Select [Scan QR Code to Sign In]
   
   
6. Using the scanner that should have popped up on your phone and point it at the QR Code you have open on the web application from step 4.
   
   
7. Once the scanner has done its job, you’ll be presented with a code on your mobile device > enter this code into the fields from step 4.
   
   
8. Your device should now authenticate and you’ll be logged into your account to start using the mobile app.
