Purpose
Risk Assessment Roles are used as part of the Risk Assessment Module. Risk Assessments is a very versatile module in CGR. It allows you to track JSA [Job Safety Analysis], SWMS [Safe Work Method Statements] in your CGR platform and link it back to your safety modules and risk modules for a complete picture.
- Sign off of Risk Assessment: Risk assessment roles are used as part of a process of signoff. Each role created in the Admin page becomes available for selection when the end users are operating the Risk Assessment Module.
Important Notes
- System Administrator access is required to configure risk assessment roles via admin.
- The risk assessments module is required to use risk assessment roles.
Step by Step Guide To Create and Manage Risk Assessment Roles
- Navigate to Admin > Risk Assessment Roles. This will open the admin page listing any existing roles, or it will be blank if none exist. Click add to add a new one.
- Select a title for the role. This title is used by the end users to select the correct role in the Risk Assessment module. If you have multiple languages enabled in your CGR software, this will also show the fields for each available language.
Click Save.
- When you finished creating all the roles required, you are done.
- If you need to disable a role, please click the toggle button on the respective row as shown below. Here you can also edit the roles.
