How can I check the versions on a workflow?
Versions on a workflow help to retrace what changes have been made and by whom.
You need to be a system admin to view the versions of a workflow.
How to:
- Navigate to Admin > Workflow.
- Search for the workflow you want to review.
- Click on the clock icon:

- Then you can review all the changes which have been made. The date is displayed on the left and this record history is showing which fields have changed, on the left of the table is the old value and, on the right, the new value.

- A Transition is a workflow button that has been updated. You can use the Transition ID to search for the transition after clicking into the workflow.
A Status refers to changes made to the available workflow statuses and their associated fields.
