Context
In the Platform users can link an action to multiple records. There are two types of links:
- Primary: This is a single link to the original record from where the action was created from.
- Secondary: This allows multiple links to other records that are relevant to the action or that the action applies to.
This article aims to clarify how to use this feature.
Important Notes
- You need to be able to update the action you wish to link to other records.
- You need to be able to update the records that you are aiming to link the action to.
- Since the action can only have a single primary link, if you apply a new primary link, it will replace the existing one. Exercise caution when using this link.
