Why can't I see the status field on the mass edit form?
The CGR Platform allows users to mass edit records within any module, such as risks, actions, or incidents. When relevant records are selected and the mass edit form is opened, the platform displays the fields available for mass editing. These fields are configurable by system administrators.
If a specific field isn’t shown, it’s likely due to your organisation's configured processes. The CGR Platform is designed to reflect those.
Status fields are often hidden in mass edit forms to prevent users from bypassing workflow rules like approvals or reviews.
