How do I change the fields on a Custom Form?

To update fields on a custom form you need to be a system admin


  1. To update the fields on a Custom Form go to the Admin > Custom Forms.
  2. Scroll down to the module and locate the form that needs editing. In this example it is the form titled 'Admin' under the 'Action' module.  
  3. Click on the pencil icon to edit this form. 



  4. Form Fields: This is the list of all fields in this form. Here is where you add or remove fields from the form.
    Required Form Fields: These are the fields that are required to be filled in on this form.
